NoPBX is a real-time, prepaid service.  When you sign up, you will get free demo credit to make some test calls, after which you will need to charge your account via our online payment portal in order to Activate the account and continue using the service.  All monthly charges (lines, extensions and add-ons) are billed to your account at the end of each month.

*** Free minutes are allocated per user and are pooled across your whole account, and can be used by any of your users, on a first-come, first-served basis.  (For example, a 3 user account will have 200x3=600 free minutes which apply to internal calls and can be used by all your users.)

NNB: On Pay-as-you-go free minutes apply to Internal calls only.

 

All free calls only apply once your account is in Active status; while the account is in Demo mode all calls will be deducted from your free Demo credit.

 

 

Worldwide Call Rates

Check the rate charged to any specific destination.

  • NoPBX is a real-time, prepaid service.

  • All calls are billed per second in pure per second billing with no connect fees, minimum charges, flagfall charges etc.

  • When you sign up, you will get free demo credit on us to make a few calls and check us out, after which you will need to charge your account via our online payment portal in order to continue using the service.

  • All monthly charges (lines, extensions and add-ons) are billed to your account in arrears (at the end of each month), and we send you a courtesy pending charge notification on the 25th of the month to let you know what monthly charges will need to be paid, and by when.

  • All monthly charges are billed pro-rata, so if you only use some services for part of the month, you will only be charged for that part of the month.

  • All prices shown exclude VAT. NoPBX is a registered VAT vendor.
